Universal climatic hybridization chamber for 1 to 4 slides

The Hybridization Chamber HC4 is a professional exchangeable THERMOBLOCK for applications in cell biology ('In situ'-Hybridizations) as well as parallel processing of up to 4 glass slides.  Using HC4 is also a professional way for hybridization on microarray slides with a body (incl. slide) up to 17 mm. This makes it an ideal tool for the processing of Cell-Chamber-Slides (e.g. ibidi µ-slides). HC4 is adjusted to microtiter well geometry and compatible to all commercially available tools which hold and tempering microtiter plates.


Inside the sealed chamber different process parameter may be realized. A patented magnetic mechanism makes it easy to open the chamber even after processing at elevated temperatures e.g. in an incubation oven. Further, the chamber stands stable on any metallic surface due to its strong magnetic legs.  For better results in hybridization and enhanced reproducibility additionally an active heating of probes is achieved by the extra thermostat unit ThermoSTAR 100.
